Returns & Exchanges – Banaat Abayas
General Returns
All items are checked before shipping. If you’re not fully happy, you can return your order within 14 days for a refund.
Items must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Sale items are non-refundable.
Items with marks or smells (e.g. perfume, hair oil, makeup, deodorant) may get a 25% reduction.
Keep all Banaat Abayas tags attached.
Hijabs
For hygiene reasons, hijabs and under caps can only be returned if:
The seal is not broken or damaged.
Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags and packaging are included.
Returns with opened or tampered packaging will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return postage is paid by the customer.
Use tracked delivery and keep the tracking number.
We are not responsible for lost return parcels.
Processing Time
Most returns are processed within 10 days.
During busy times (like Ramadan), allow up to 21 days.
Promotions & Free Gifts
Free gifts must be returned to get a full refund.
Refunds will be adjusted if promotions are affected.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If delivery was free as part of a promo, the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.
Cancelling After Dispatch
If you cancel after items are sent, we’ll refund once the items are returned.
We’ll deduct any costs we incur to get them back.
You can refuse the delivery when it arrives to avoid return shipping.
Items We Can’t Accept
No refunds or exchanges for items that are:
Damaged, worn, washed, or altered.
Marked or scented (perfume, deodorant, etc.).
Responsibility for Returns
Items lost in the post without tracking won’t be refunded.
We don’t refund if the parcel was signed for at a different address.

Received something damaged?

How to Return
Use our Returns / Exchange Portal.
Make sure to:
Pack items in original packaging with all extras (e.g. belts, hoods).
Include the return form with your reason.
